Don't know how real his chances would have been at taking the Newcastle job. But, respect to him for making it clear that Hull is his priority.
Not sure if that is good news for Hull fans though?

He is their best chance of staying up I feel, who would they be able to attract of the sort of quality to improve them??

Wouldnt want him as Man Utd boss ever, bit tactically basic and looks like he eats Lurpak for lunch
However plays or trys to play decent football, always puts together a good squad(on paper at least), whilst I dont think he`ll be challenging for Euro Trophies anytime soon respect to his longevity in managing in the top flight

At the end of the day his one and only goal at Hull is to avoid relegation, and he is doing a decent job of that so far!!

I dont think he will stay hardly jumping with joy after the playoff win ? he was more worried about getting the sack than anything ? now he will sack them i feel !! Aston Villa maybe ? or an easier job in the top flight if there was one ?

Well let's hope some Hull fans join up and start talking. I'd love to hear all about their ups and downs, what with club name changes, manager issues etc.
Lots of money now at the club so what will they spend it on?
