Dundee Utd are looking doomed already. Mixu's got some job to do there, and I think you're right, Hibs might just be too confident for them at the moment.

In the other game, I expect Hearts will go in all aggressive and get at least one player sent off, then Celtic will stroll to an easy win. There's a nastiness and thuggishness about Hearts these days - breenging into tackles, late challenges and displaying an unwelcome cynicism by some of their players - and it'll catch up on them sooner or later, most likely against a team that doesn't like to be harassed and knows how to bring the referee's attention to it.

I think that Hearts might just have the beating of you-know-who. By the odd goal.

Who's the ref? Is it Craig Thompson? Just checked - John Beaton is tonight's ref.

Nah, I can't see Hearts winning this one, although would very much like to be proved wrong. If they can get in their faces and disrupt them without collecting red cards, they might just have a chance.

Notwithstanding the occasional 'bad blood' from our Jambo friends, I still wish 'Good Luck' to Heart of Midlothian tonight.

That will be St Patricks day brought forward if Celtic get to the final. If they can get bonfire night moved everythings possible.

With that Semi-Final line-up, what I posted on AVillaFan in response to Dimitri might come true :

North or south of the border, it is the fans who attend matches that are the last consideration of the football authorities, Dimitri.

I don't know what time the KO is, nothing on the SPFL website, but I can see the Final as Ross County v St Johnstone with an evening KO, to suit the TV ... like the FA Cup Final is.

It would more likely be a Sunday 11.30am kick off, then they'd scratch their heads and wonder why the Ross County end is empty.
