My native collegues inform me the rounders is because in the early days there was a magazine called World Series of Rounders or something and that's were the competition originates from.
However, the NFL Doh  Doh Doh and I'm surprised the MLS hasn't called its knockout cup the World Cup yet !!!

SCO don't get me going on the Americas, N America, Central America and South Americas thingy !!!!

My secondary school won the y8 Rotherham school girls cup. Everyone thought swinton comp or rawmarsh would win it but they didnt

How come they never get mentioned by these big publications

I once scored a double rounder (twice round the cones for those that don't follow the great game). Not sure that's in the rules, but I was a hero at school for about 3 days.
