Wouldn't be surprised to see several of the players we released flourish at their new clubs without SG around to constrain them.
There is still the rumour that Madine might re-sign depending on who the new HC is.

Maghoma to Birmingham. At best he was a squad player. He can go.
Buxton to Rovrum. Gave excellent service but was time for him to move on. Rovrum made a good signing.
Lachman, a defender, is our first signing. That has me scratching my head a bit. Maybe the forwards will come later. Sure hope so.

We still need defenders, irrespective of how many forwards we've got!
We also need squad players. We've prob got about 13 professionals at the moment!

Helan and Palmer can play out wide but we certainly need at least two new wide players.

I thought Maghoma could've done a good job had he been instructed to run in to the corner and whip balls in, instead of using his pace to cut inside then lose the ball as he often seemed to.
No doubt a few them will do better, just like Grant Holt. It wasn't meant to be at Wednesday ( not that any of those released are Prem quality)
We move on, we need equal or better. I'm with Thurny on the wingers. Too long now we've gagged for both a natural left & right winger
I would love to see 5-3-2 or 3-5-2 with attacking wing backs should we not go the route of traditional wingers.
Another problem as Consilio pointed out is that we have around 13 first teamers at the moment.. We're looking a bit thread bare. Do we have any young 'uns being offered professional terms this year.. Or all they all Kak?

we need a left back now !! and thats the defence sorted leaving helan & dielna to fill the gaps up and down the pitch !! we also need a target man who can suplly either bus or may !! and that man isnt nuhiu or keane !! laverey for me is the man to fill in gaps upfront and just of the front line where he likes to run at goal !! and last but not least at least 3 new midfielders 2 with pace and the other with a brain !!
still 5 players missing of any kind of promotion push !! the quality of these new 5 will decide wether it is a playoff push or and automatic one !!
P.s. bye bye maghoma your lazy thank god we didnt keep giving you contracts like the other lazy money sucker jj !!
