WBA Transfer Window: (Summer 2015) Starting early..
Unless there was an agreement, I imagine that Norwich's success today means that Ollson will stay at Carrow Road. Shame - think he's a very decent player who would've done well for us.
Does Dozza have an agreement too to sign for them? I'm sure we're going to regret letting him go!!
Dorrans hasn't been able to nail down a regular starting place for them even in the Championship, so I'm not sure we're going to regret losing him that much. His natural talent comes out in fits and bursts, but the consistency needed with it has just never arrived.

Yup - fair comment, but another angle is that a more fired-up GD, playing for the right Manager/HC could be an outstanding PL player if that Manager/HC could get him to show his undoubted skills on a more consistant basis. I hope that DOES happens for him - and that consistency only leaves him for 2 games next year.........

Yep George Friend, I think I mentioned him on the last page. We've been linked with him before and he's big so it could happen, I'd be happy with him certainly.
Mile Jedinak from Crystal Palace

Thumb up Thumb up Big thumbs up for Mile Jedinak BUT if we did sign him I'd like him to be the only player 30+ that we sign
We need to bring down the age of the squad a fair bit we have 7 regulars who are 30+ (must be the oldest squad in the league?)
Looks like this answers the question above about Dorrans:

West Brom midfielder Graham Dorrans is to make his loan move to Premier League new boys Norwich City permanent in a £3m switch.

Dorrans has been on loan at Carrow Road since February and has made 19 appearances, scoring three goals.

The deal to make the move permanent is already in place.

He came off the bench in their 2-0 Championship play-off final win against Middlesbrough at Wembley on Monday.

Alex Neil's remarkable turnaround of Norwich's season saw them return to the Premier League at the first time of asking.

Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond fired them to the promised land early in the match.

The deal will earn Albion a massive profit on the £150,000 that they paid to sign Dorrans from Livingston July 2008.

Weird isn't it? Dorrans good enough to play for a Premier League team but not good enough to play for us.

Unless we are 'aiming' higher than Norwich?

They're newly promoted and it's our sixth season so we should be aiming higher than them in theory, also maybe more suited to their style of play. I think everyone can be reasonably happy with the deal and the price.

Qpr have released Ferdinand, Dunne, Murphy (gk), wright-phillips, Barton and Zamora. Zamora is the type of striker we could be interested in but hopefully we'll go for someone better, Barton would be ok for the bench quality wise but his wages will be high and he's Joey Barton.
