What about a thread about Matchday memories? Could be a sub thread in Abstract Chat.

I can't get smilies in my post. Went into the full reply not quickly reply, the smilies box appears at the left, but clicking on them doesn't put them in my post and they don't drag either. How do I get smilies? I tried typing :whistling: but that doesn't seem to work either.

Oh and Quick Edit doesn't work for me either, I always have to go for Full Edit even if I just want to correct a single letter spelling mistake or some such.

I'm using IE7. Aware that it's an out of date browser but not my choice.

Can we have a separate thread with a list of "known bugs we are working on and/or can't do anything about" so that those of us who CBA to read all the way through this thread (let's face it, that's going to be most people) can check in one place before reporting things over and over again?

I'm sure that Mark and Stairs will be looking at your post but try it with whistle, it's that rather than whistling.

Thanks Mitzi.

We've not had any issues with smilies not working on the full edit version so you're right this is probably just a browser version thing.

I'll try to put together a summary of any known issues in a public area so that those who are inclined can check there first.  Good idea! Thumb up

Sorry, I didn't mean to mislead other people.  Smilies work in IE I think in this particular case the issue is the older version of IE (7).

The hover text says whistling so I assumed it was that.

Whistle

Yay! Thank you.

So how do I know what to type if the hover text says something different?

Huh
