Is Strauss not man enough to put the past in the past? Pathetic really.

Well pietersen raised it up by mentioning everything in his book. He burnt so many bridges with english cricket in that book. So maybe english cricket has put the past in the past and despite his talents kp has to stay there.

Strauss is to clarify everything today, me thinks he'll talk about it being time for the likes of taylor, vince, roy, hales etc to come in, not someone approaching 36

If we don't win the Ashes back now, the media will crucify Strauss.

Strauss should just be the bigger man and put him in the squad. They should both put the past behind them and try and just concentrate on the Ashes. The ECB or like the FA when they pick an England manager they pick a yes man. Also they need to stop picking players from certain county teams.

You know that bullshit buzzer they had on The Last Leg? It could have been used several times during Strauss' interview yesterday.
