never heard of him but he cant be any worse than the current lot we have Doh also this signing is 2 months late unless we're looking at him for next season

He's recently signed a 2 year dal with them so I doubt we'll be signing him. Who knows what this one is all about, he's not a Winger either.

Chelsea certainly aren't going to loan us anyone Wink

We don't need wingers. We have May, Maguire, Helan, McGugan, Maghoma, Lee and Keane who are all wingers  Thumb up

It says on the Owls website that he is a winger! Huh  If so then its a step in the right direction and maybe we can get our strikers moving by providing them with some decent service!!

I know he's signed a 2year contract at Southampton and yes highly thought of there but it just seems like 2months too late for this season Doh

Maybe we are looking to get him next season and we're taking the opportunity to look at him now whilst there's no pressure on

Maybe he is a Winger then? Another source says he's just Midfield.

It's a bonus if he gives a shit though, because he doesn't have to try hard to be better than what we have.

Neither are Arsenal as SG pissed them off over Afobe by playing him out of position.

Can't see the rational behind this loan. Do we not have Melo, Hutch, McGugan, Lee, Mags, Maguire. While i'm at it there is McCabe (who is ours)....or any of the young lads like Crossdale or whoever the fook. Why not keep the money and try develop are own talent ?? This signing and he may be good has pissed me right off.

Is SG now going to mess another clubs player around so that they won't want to loan players to us ?? FFS !!!

Totally dis-interested by it all at the minute.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, you need a team....

It makes sense because we only have 1 winger and even he apparently plays better centrally. What doesn't make sense is why this wasnt done 2months ago when we had something to play for Doh

Also no one knows these teams won't loan to us any more, you're all just speculating because players have been recalled and sent out to other teams instead (teams in the league below at that, so not even teams our "equal")

I've said this before but I'll say it again, we can't go round being worried about pissing off other teams. If players don't fit properly into the team then we shouldn't keep playing them just to keep arsene and Jose happy

I can only think this is a loan signing being made now to either simply help our ailing strikers with some decent service or a move designed to set up the lad for a season long loan next season. Aside for that the timing is very strange!!
