Grady, Swift, Wallace have all been treading water for a long time now. Get rid of them. Big money earners who don't score goals. Which one of them is busting a gut to get in the box when Johnson or Fellows are crossing the ball None of them. Some ruthless decisions are required. Come on Mogga let's swing that axe.

If we accept what you are saying is correct, you would need to replace them, the real question is who could you replace them with? Obviously you need better, no point replacing them with worse, I don't know about you but I would struggle to name three better players you could potentially replace them with, who we could: a) get and B) may want to sign and c) we could realistically afford. I still have faith in the right circumstances Grady will shine.

Replace them with better, your joking.
Wallace and Swift haven't scored this season, does it get any worse than that. Grady well he's managed 2. Grady's light went out the minute we signed him.
Keep playing them and we're going nowhere. So if that's the case play the kids.

You seem to forget I do not recall us fielding a full strength team yet this season and we have had most of our 1st choice defenders out for the past 3+ months and because of that the midfield can not play their normal games as they have to protect the weakened defence more and we are still only 1 point off the play offs. Regarding Wallace, I too think he has not been at his best, but that could simply be down to playing time, so far this season he had played 461 minutes in the Championship, so 5.1 full games so not scoring in less than 6 games is not a reason to get rid of a player or we would not have any. Swifty is a bit different having played 1150 minutes. Grady he has only played 789 minutes very few of them in his natural right wing position because of course Tom Fellows is playing out there and was getting assists for fun, though he has gone a bit quieter since they have had him cutting inside a lot more. Incidentally Fellows has played 1913 minutes and scored the same number of goals as Grady.
