We're in trouble again. Bottom 3 and 4 losses from 6 games. A couple of result were influenced by the officials but it doesn't change where we are in the table, unfortunately for us.
Bernard's red card will almost certainly be rescinded however the damage is done and that was the point.
3 goals in 3 games shouldn't have counted against us yet strangely they all did.
Millwall's third goal was a foul on our defender by Cooper
QPR's second goal shouldn't have stood for many obvious reasons and let's be generous by saying Luton deserved the penalty (This would also mean we deserved the McGuiness handball) they sure as shit didn't deserve the second goal where the ball hits the back of Morris' right hand before kicking it in!!! They got away with multiple game changing handballs and we were harshly punished for a shoulder flick? Come on
If it really were down to incompetence or bad luck then one of our opponents would have also suffered a similarly poor game changing decision going against them, and yet... Nothing.
62 games since our last penalty and we've had legitimate shouts again this season.
I'm compiling notes of the shady, inconsistent decisions like this in each game and by the end of the season it'll be voluminous and irrefutable as people have this tendency to forget events. That coupled with an inability to comprehend reality unless it's spelled out.
It's irrelevant whether the players are good or crap, it is absolutely still happening. Sometimes we play well enough to achieve a result despite it. Usually, we do not and it becomes more apparent.
Next up,
There's almost no chance of us taking points from WBA, though a point would be fantastic from our perspective.
There will, however, still be EFL stoogery to endure. Making it almost impossible.
Michael Oliver yesterday officiating Citeh v Arsenal. That wasn't incompetence.
