I use this Site for Rangers, as I use AVillaFan for Aston Villa, but I will post this here.

Positive attitude, positive vibes, leading to positive results ... of that I have no doubts.

Skysports - Tim Sherwood wants Aston Villa to start playing on the front foot

If Aston Villa beat Stoke City next Saturday, AVFC will be out of the bottom three.

Sherwood's still a bit of an unknown quantity but it'll be interesting to see what he gets out of Lambert's squad.

I`m not sure about his pedigree, I like what he said about bringing the youth through at Tottenham paying dividends-theyve always had a good conveyor belt of talent there but he does have a point

If Villa stay up they need a shake up of the squad-Cleverley still does nowt, Nzgobia is talented but when he wants to be and dosent backtrack, both Joe Cole and Kieran Richardson have hardly played, Shay Given and darren Bent still on long contracts and big wages, the likes of Sylla and Tonev arent good enough

Some decent young players coming through but they need quality to compliment the likes of Benteke or Vlaar or the perserverance of Ablahangor and Delph, Micah Richards wouldnt be a bad shout
