The 2,000+ Hibs supporters were magnificent during the game against Villa and there could be another big support at Pittodrie on Sunday. If the team can match that positivity and commitment, we should be in with a chance of our first points of the season.
Both teams are battling it out for the Worst Team Of The Premiership Award and Hibs need to take advantage of the situation to overtake the Dons. Mind you, the same applied to last week's game against Livingston and look how that turned out!
You can see how the game will turn out, as we've got the 4th best goals for record, but easily the worst goals against. Can our attack score more goals than the defence will leak? It could be a tight nervy game and Hibs might just field the team that finished the game against Villa. Confidence, or lack of it, could turn the game either way.

Aberdeen out with something to prove to their fans after being dumped out the Europa League on Thursday in a pressure game.
Hibs fans had a "jolly" in Birmingham as they were never going to get anything out the tie after the first leg. Despite having a second string team out for the game Villa ran out comfortable winners helped by some more suspect goalkeeping from Marshall. Atmosphere will be totally different today with pressure back onto the players and you will have to see how they respond?? Hibs seem to be able to score but their suspect Dads Army defense must be a concern?
I'm going for 3 . 1 Aberdeen.

Rampant Hibs? Maybe not, but certainly good enough to beat Aberdeen 2-0, with goals from ALF and Christian Doidge in the last 15 minutes. Both defences looked shaky, but Hibs held it together and the prolific attack showed once again that they are able to score regularly in the Scottish Premiership.
Perhaps it's time for a bevvy after all. It's a pity we now go into the international break.

Great result, if not performance but we never let Aberdeen settle into the game. Credit where its due Marsh made a very important stop the day as well.
Just shows that we do have talented players and we can defend if we are set up properly. Now hopefully use the break to get in a new manager and start planning ahead. Some news the day that the Australian coach Montgomery has had talks with us.

Aye, things fell right for Hibs and took all 3 points from a venue that some hibees refer to as a bogey place.
Think the defense will still continue to struggle but as they have shown for a while, there are goals in the team.
Small steps and all that but ........one swallow.....etc
