I might be wrong, but this weekend would appear to show (on a first glance, with one game still playing) why none of us were ever Littlewoods Pools Millionaires, let alone Lottery winners that have ever got our fizzogs into the papers.

I think I've more chance of being a succesful weather forecaster. Well can I be any worse? It's gonna rain tomorrow but maybe not where you are? From October to Easter - there's a chance of hail, sleet, or snow on high ground? Snow on Christmas Day? More chance of the local pub being open in the evening, unless you live in a pub on high ground in which case we may have to dig you out. Probabaly the day after Boxing Day, or even January 2nd. We don't want to be too hasty and spoil your fun now do we?

The other job I'd like is putting the wonky wheel on supermarket trolleys. Someone else can put the other 3 on.

Division One results for Matchday 2: A low scoring week in Division One, showing the policy of making the top divison fixtures harder to predict is working.  Smartass

St Charles Owl had an absolute stinker, scoring only 2 points and that was from the Town/Leicester game, which everybody else scored on as well. If Lee Nicholls had kept his legs closed, the scoring would have been really, really low. Despite the Owl's low score, remarkably he's still top of the overall table because nobody else did anything of significance. Jjamez and themaclad scored 8. Neonfoxinthebox and BaggieBob scored 6 and theo just the four. Which means that from top to bottom after two weeks of results, there are just five points between the lot of you.

Only themaclad scored a positive joker (for a Town defeat  Blush ), with Bob, neon and theo getting minus points on theirs. Theo and St Charles were both robbed of badger points by VAR for Mo Salad being offside. Rolleyes

Division Two results for Matchday 2: Snooty's back in the game, kicking bottom! After a dismal opening matchday, he's gone from last to first in the space of a week. What a player. Whistle

With two correct scores and a positive joker, as well as two correct badger scorers, it's a massive 26 points this week for the Lord of the Manor, a full ten points more than Ritchiebaby, the second highest scorer of the week. Both Snooty and Ritchie got Adam Le Fondre to score for Hibs. Where on earth have they plucked him from? Hadn't heard of him since he messed us around as a Rotherham player around 12 years ago. Rolleyes

Shep's in 3rd, four points behind behind Ritchie and 4th, 5th and 6th places stay the same with Devongone, Amelia and Wakey all getting ten points this week. I say they stay the same, but that's not true, after Snooty's miraculous rise, which I may have mentioned already. Rolleyes
