Fairly good start to the New Year with a 1 . 1 draw in the derby at Aggborough on New Years Day and then a 2 . 0 home win against high flying Scarborough last Saturday.

Go again tomorrow night v Farsley Celtic who are languishing towards the foot of the table so no less than 3 points please..........mind you this is Hereford we are talking about! Doh

After beating Farsley 2 . 0, our good start to 2023 came to a halt last weekend with a loss to another of our local rivals Gloucester City by the same scoreline.

Off to Buxton tomorrow who are hovering around the bottom 4 or 5 so will be looking for an improved performance,

Good away win last Saturday thanks to a second half penalty at Buxton.

After our game against Chester on Tuesday was called off thanks to a frozen pitch, hoping for better conditions tomorrow when Banbury are the visitors. They sit three places above us but with only one point more than the Bulls.

Another week and another disastrous one for Hereford!!

Losing at home to Banbury last Saturday 2 . 3  to a late goal , then on Tuesday we lost at Spennymoor 1 . 0 to a 92nd minute strike.

Away again tomorrow to Farsley Celtic and this is a must win game against a bottom four side or we will start to gravitate to the relegation dogfight ourselves. Doh

Last of 3 consecutive home games today when Curzon Ashton come to Edgar Street.

After wins v Southport ( 2.0) and a goalless draw v Alfreton the Bulls will hope for another 3 points today against a side right next door to them in the table.

Season looks like a mid table one with a feeling we are safe from the drop zone but too much to do to reach the play offs.

Aye, we are a jekyll and hyde side at present. Lost last Saturday to a mid table club Curzon at home and then put in a good performance on Tuesday to win at Fylde 3 . 1 who are right in the mix to win the League !

As I said before this season has mid table written all over it....................on the road again tomorrow v Southport, another mid table side, so fingers crossed.

Another week and another win and another loss. Good 3 points last weekend v Southport away but then lost at home to Chester on Tuesday, although they are going really well this Season and we did get ourselves back into it late on at 1 . 1 only to concede again very quickly. Doh

At home to Kettering tomorrow who are a few points behind us so hopefully we can get another 3 points.............forgot to mention at the start of February that Gowlings peg finally fell and he left the club with deputy manager Klukowski taking over for the rest of the season........good luck to him.  Thumb up

Usual mixed bag of results for the Bulls in the last week. Started well enough last weekend with a 1 . 0 win at home against Kettering. Up to high flying Chorley in midweek and a 2 . 0 loss ( although on the Hereford site they have it down as a win, wishful thinking eh ! ) . Finally yesterday a goalless draw at home to Telford, mind you, Telford missed an 85th minute penalty so could have been worse.

The only slight worry is that we have played more games than most around us in the lower half of the table so could still get drawn into the relegation battle. Doh

After a 3 . 0 loss last week at Darlington Hereford have another tough game tomorrow with high flying Kings Lynn visiting Edgar Street. We may be at home but it has hardly proved to be a fortress this season. Doh Only 7 points from the bottom 4 now! Dodgy
