European Union Referendum - In or Out??
https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2022...nisers-say

Anyone have a Scooby-Doo wtf this waste of money was all about? Did you see anything in your neck of the woods - I didn't see anything round here or up in Yorkshire, but maybe I wasn't looking hard enough Huh

It seems there's some highly dubious numbers being put about regarding "participation" when the only thing that I've seen supposedly "connected" to this is the rusty old oil rig they've dragged up on Weston-Super-Mare beach and turned into a "water feature" - and apparently that wasn't ready in time and it's now closed down. What were the other " 9 projects" and where were the other "106 locations"? Claiming around 6 million "participants in an event" for watching a force-fed 15 minute segment on a Sunday afternoon telly show is really taking the piss. The dodgiest of accountants, cooking the books for the Tories and where they get their funding from might have even given that one a swerve. What the hell did they spend £120m of our money on other than "wages" for some of the Tories best mates (yet again)? Doh

The "Head of Spending our Cash" is now off to Liverpool to spend more of our cash, and earn another big fat wage on Eurovision.
A guide to cask ale.

Nothing new Theo! I'm sure there will be a book somewhere that aligns itself with the likes of the book publication, "The Assault on Truth" (Peter Osborne) and it will list the huge misuse of public funds "across the board" and the corruption attached to it. Wishful thinking, but perhaps one day public prosecutions will be "brought to bear" on politicians and cronies who I certainly regard as criminals and fraudsters and have so far been allowed to get away with it. Low life robbers are penalised with extreme sentencing after apprehension and yet elite individuals, such as high-ranking politicians, are treated differently even in cases where vast amounts of money have been defrauded from the public purse.

It's concerning to watch absolutely ignorant morons like this one still spouting their bogus Brexit pish. The most heartening part of this particular episode is that it's becoming apparent more n more people have sussed out how big a lie/con that bastards like this one have got away with and are either scoffing at them now or challenging their brazen cheek in even trying to "play the same deceitful game" re Brexit or indeed praising the tarnished reputation of dizzy Lizzie.

Only one thing to say re this f###### political piece of shit who has played a big part in causing so much damage to this country - C###!!!! I'm proud to say a good number of years ago, this bastard was forced out of Edinburgh under a Police escort as he was well sussed out by Scottish activists who found out he was trying to stage a publicity stunt in a Royal Mile hostelry. It was well before the Brexit nightmare in 2016, BUT IT WAS CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH TO STOP THIS BASTARD CREATING THE POLITICAL SHAMBLES WE ARE NOW OBSERVING!!!

Farage is just the worst by some stretch. An absolute grifter of the highest order, always with his eye on the prize.

C*nt should be in prison frankly.

I think prison is being kind to one of the biggest wreckers of a country's social fabric and economy in political history. The number of unfortunate "casualties/victims", directly and indirectly, of this bastard's extreme political activities is countless and unforgiveable.

Farage extreme? I think your extreme-ometer may need recalibrating.

There are real extremists out there.

Farage is just the baked-by-Mary-Berry version.

He was extreme right enough to make condom faced Cameron panic about losing votes/MP's to UKIP in an election to call the referendum in the first place. Since then he's just about the only ex-kipper not to turn up as a "Conservative" on a ballot paper somewhere else. Yes there are worse, but he was/is the "beer and fags, let's have a laugh with the lads" face of the far right whilst signing up many of the far more obnoxious pricks that you refer to from the likes of the BNP, National Front and others that were festering like boils on the edge of the swamps.

His previous unhealthy association with Trump and the far right in America summed him up perfectly and this latest update re his possible return to politics to "stir it up" and make the extreme version of his failed Brexit project happen - still "forced on the country" no matter what!!!! NUTS!!

I think you are being very complacent.

First you find a ‘them’ to blame and hate.

Then someone in authority to validate that ‘they’ are to blame.

Then make it about ‘us’ and ‘them’.

Then dehumanise ‘them’ so that they don’t deserve compassion or human rights.

Thats his tactic 100%. It's a tactic with a very dangerous history.
