It's OK, Trussy girl will sort it all out. If she was a "remainer", she'll know the logical solution eh! Wink

This is literally what was voted for in the 1st place. Do brexiters think that borders only have one side ?
Your passport needs stamped, and checks need to be made.

I'm expecting an even harder brexit under Truss to be honest. She's a proper headbanger.

but, but - she wasn't taught logic at the best non-fee paying school in Leeds. Maybe if 'er folks had lived north of the Ring Road she could have gone to Leeds Grammar, but then, who'd appoint a Party Leader and hence PM that went to a fee paying school eh? What good could ever come from that?

I'll tell you something else, if you do an average amount of travelling in europe those blue passports are going to fill up with stamps in no time at all.

And additionally it transpires that the Brexit divorce bill will be £10B higher than estimated before. It will now be a whopping £42.5B, an absolute scandal after all the reassurances/lies that have been uttered by these Brexit charlatans in the past six years. Some of them should be jailed on a "bumped up" economic conspiracy charge against the country!! I remember the Tories/Brexiteers insinuating that the bill was never gonna be as high as £30B - another deception, a fib!! The Chief Sec of the Treasury, Simon Clarke, confirmed this estimated figure as accepted at the current time and just before the summer recess.

Hang on Hang on...... The tories told us the EU would be giving us money when we left right ?

What an absolute shitshow.

I just remember there was a big red bus that said we wouldn't be sending them £350m a day that could go to the NHS. That wasn't money the EU were sending us. There was always going to be a ginormous divorce bill we'd have to pay that Remain didn't talk up much because the dozy bastards in politics thought the vote to remain was always in the bag. That was mostly for all the EU projects (that we were and to some extent still are part of) that are funded from a central EU pot.

Even the Brexit morons didn't think they were going to win, which is why to this day they still don't have a written down published plan for what to do after winning the vote. It's all done off-the-cuff by those that mostly do it off-the-wrist.

The mere mention of the poor political representation of millions n millions of remain voters in 2016 still "hits a raw nerve" Theo!!

Agreed - when you look back the complacency of the Remain (lack of) Movement in Government circles likely led to millions not voting for a cause they thought was never in doubt, but the incessant Brexit, Brexit, Brexit reporting on the TV news and in the media meant they got all the publicity they needed. Bremain never got a look in as it was never coined as a phrase.

If the French are responsible for the mess in Dover, it rather rubbishes any claim that *we* have taken back control."

The French have had OVER 6 years to build extra facilities & train extra staff to deal with Brexit.
Their unwillingness to do so stinks.
Today to support our brave British tourists I urge you to boycott French goods in the shops.
No Merlot
No Brie
Let’s teach France a lesson!??

Yes lets, er, just hang on a minute Mr. Micky Take, are you really an MP?

No, but you agree with our next PM on the forrin' cheese thing - do you write her scripts?

PS - Fabricant apparently believed Mr. Take sorry, Sir Michael Take, was the former MP for Dorset East

Hopefully his boyfriend, the Mayor for West Midlands, will have put him right and soothed his troubled syrup, or at least given it a saucer of milk whilst applying the lubricant to Fabricant..

Meanwhile the British Army is giving the Ukraine Army millions of £'s of "in-kind" training in the use of the latest defence technology we can supply.
