Johnson watch activated - the nightmare begins for the UK!!
I don't see why, theo. Surely even the thickest of Tories would realise that they were going to get hammered in the by-elections.

Just a word of caution about Boris - a fight with the unions is the only possible thing that would reverse his unpopularity with some of the electorate.

Apart from Dorries Doh

All the money in the world can't buy you enough Viagra it seems.

A lack of leg-over or some other reason that has yet to appear?

Hell, it was a big ask expecting The Dirty Digger and his pacemaker to perform to Sir Mick's alleged (alleged? have you counted his kids?) reputation in the sack, especially at his age. Laugh Laugh

He still has a stiffy on for Bodgit though (have you counted his kids? No ? Neither has he) or so it seems looking at the bollox his own press deem fit to print. Union barons? Er, Press barons, shirley? Tongue

I thought that too ritchie, but the polls show the public are surprisingly sympathetic to RMT in this instance.
Anyway it's long passed time for Johnson and his whole gang of nasty, despicable, incompetent nodding lapdogs to go.

I reckon it would have been a lot nearer to 50:50 if not enough to tip them over the edge ritchie. The chancer would have continued with a majority of one, so no that wouldn't have changed anything. He's already reported as saying he's not for changing, though didn't he say he was going to listen to the electorate a couple of weeks ago? The next day he was back to his normal lying self so that was just the usual bollox from him.

Boris still pushing the lie that train drivers are on strike, but they are nearly all represented by another union entirely. But it bumps up the median wage to promote the lie that the staff striking are very well paid when they are not.

Depressingly the interviewer didn't intervene.

That'll be the bbc or Sky News with their usual "no challenge" and allowing any Tory moron to say anything bogus or stupid and say nothing!! Thumb down That Dorries "nut job" came out with a classic stupid "dohhh" comment when she referred to strikes/striking workers since World War 11?????? Got her Roman numerals in a tangle or just plain stupid and goes with her sycophantic and dumb defence of Johnson and "partygate" etc - dearie me!! Rolleyes Then there was last Thursday's disgraceful bbc Question Time attack against Mick Lynch by the presenter, Fiona Bruce, and an audience that was overwhelmingly Tory FFS!!! She kept interrupting Lynch's defence of the RMT strike/strikers and there was clearly some kinda plan to undermine him. What a dire watch this programme has become and there was a clear attempt from members of the audience to utter the "archaic" dinosaurs criticism, or that old Tory mantra of "holding the country to ransom" - straight from the Tory media script!! Thumb down And out of touch with the public perception "on the ground"!!!!! People on social media "slaughtering" Bruce btw, some sarcastically suggesting she must be another political media accomplice looking to "get the nod" for a royal honour. Or suggesting, "Lets get Victoria Derbyshire back on"!!

Continuing the theme of the rail strikes, I was astonished at the neanderthal attitude of a Scottish RMT leader a few days ago, warning of "a hot summer of discontent, a wet autumn of discontent and a cold winter of discontent" ahead. Surely the last thing a union leader should be espousing.

I guess we just aren't used to being told the truth any more ritchie. Thats exactly whats coming though, the 70s all over again.

I prefer Mick Lynchs "we refuse to be poor".

The best bits were Fiona Bruce having to step in to save a tory mp when her "gotcha" actually just backed up what Lynch was saying Laugh xxxx eejit.

Some demented ghoul in the audience banging on about dinosaurs.

And some other guy looking like his head would explode when Lynch calmly tried to explain that workers can't be transferred between stations.

Not a good advert for stratford upon avon.
