Thread to talk about football and wednesday in general
It's a tough season coming up, we blew a great opportunity for auto's by drawing or losing from winning positions.
The same errors all season long. So we know, as we said, these thing's can't possibly be worked in in training. If they are, then we desperately need new coaches as well as players.

The Club in its entirety has been run shambolically for so long now it's almost second nature for us.
The dysfunction is deep and I'm not sure Chansiri has removed the hangers on, nor has he actually learned anything about running a football club.
Best way to describe Wednesday... A dog chasing it's tail.
I'd much rather invest in the actual club than players at this point. We've pissed so much money away on players like Abdi and Rhodes but never painted that corrugated shed on Leppings lane.
Endless expensive perfume on the odours now it's starting to reek again.

Apparently he's buying new flood lights and ripping up the pitches on both ground and training .
Obviously the ground will be ongoing forever unless we knock the south stand down ..
No news on the west stand though this will be here for a very long time to come I'm afraid !

What, that 1m 'Desso' pitch we had laid a couple of seasons ago?

If he stops going for the cheapest quote we might be okay but it's promising.

To be fair the pitch was relaid 7 years ago, and with the issues we have from the river and water table its not really a surprise that it needs replacing. They usually last about 10 years. Desso certainly wasn’t the cheapest route either, its the one most clubs do now. What we need to do is use the grow lamps more like we did the first few years.

There's just so much that needs working on. Our stadium is miles behind a lot of ' Tin Pot' Club's

We would probably need permission from the scousers before anything happened to the West Stand Doh
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

I have often wondered if there was something preventing us from changing it too much while the legal cases were still going on. The biggest disaster in our stadium is the Kop, being built on a mound of earth means there are no concourses so there are so few facilities or space. But nothing major will happen until we get to the Prem.
