Agree no fans no club, but they aren't the owners.

You hear a lot of owners talking about the club really belonging to the fans, but its a sound bite that PR people tell them to say!!! Ultimately had he been successful he would have done what he wanted to do with minimal input from the "real" owners, the fans!! At the end of the day he is a successful businessman, its his money and I would put my trust in anyone who is prepared to fork out millions that they will ultimately do what they think is best for the club and their investment!!

Yes, they are the one continual thing about the club, but they don't own it and rarely have much say in what happens.

This relates to the attempt by the SPFL to get the EBT Fine levied on the Oldco for itself.

Rangers are taking the matter to arbitration.

The SFA plays Pilate to the SPFL's Caiaphas. Hopefully whoever adjudicates on this matter will pay heed to Lord Nimmo Smith's ruling from the EBT commission, unlike the SPFL - which commissioned it.
