Think their expectations are a little high!!! They are a midtable side and are surprise, surprise, in midfield!! Sure they had a good start but they gave this guy no time to develop the team at all!!

Didnt Peeters play for Sheff Wed around the same time as Gerald Sibon?

Always used to make `interesting `foreign signings Sheff Wed did back then ok not all came off given their talent (Klas Ingesson, Orland Trustfull) , mustve been Gilles de Bilde who came in same time as Gerald Sibon
Marc Degryse was a Belgian player who did good for you back then, think he only stayed a season then went to PSV

Interesting is definitely one word for it, shite would be another!! Yes, De Bilde came in the same time as Sibon, we also just prior to that had Wim Jonk on our books but he hardly made an appearance due to injury!! David Pleat was our manager then and he was pretty much a disaster in the transfer market, particularly the international front!!

David Pleat I remember, did that bloke ever live on the memory of that stupid run he did at Luton Town
I remember Jonk well ,awesome player but werent you paying him something like 40k pw back on the old days?
You bought Dejan Stefanevic and Darko Kovacevic who were pants at the time then did absolutely superb elsewhere, i`d totally put that down to Pleat

Yes, we paid Jonk a fortune for very little return!!! Dejan played quite a few games for us and was a decent player, but we never kept Darko long enough to realise the quality he was!!!
