WBA Transfer Window: (Summer 2015) Starting early..

Obviously if TP wants rid then it's a moot point, and we'll just have to hope there's a promising replacement lined up.

...also think that if we are thinking of selling Berahino then Ideye will stay, and vica verca
I still honestly think all our strikers will stay for now.
Latest on a possible departure from a journalist based in Greece.

“@ChrisAndre6: The agent of #WBA's Sebastián #Blanco claims that although he's been in contact with #PAOK, he has a provisional agreement with #Olympiakos”

So looks like he may well be on his way at some point, which won't be a surprise to most of us.
2x Premier League Champ 1x Championship Winner and World cup Winner
Olympiakos are a pretty good team, so part of me still thinks Blanc could be useful.

As long as JP makes a profit............. DD Whistle Whistle
Ubique.
Players like Berahino, Foster, Lescott and any sensible combination of our midfielders, but let's say Yacob and Sessegnon for starters, should be the cornerstones of the team and they have to stay. We could well get £20 million for Berahino but where will we get as good a replacement with equally good future prospects, especially given that Anichebe and Ideye aren't scoring yet. I'm a bit concerned that those two won't make the contribution that Berahino does and that we need another forward who will. Steven Fletcher? Even that would leave us with only two proven strikers and no cover for injuries and suspensions, so some more ideas needed there. Let's forget the defeat at Bournemouth, where Irvine said a lot of second-stringers had missed an opportunity to impress: Baird and Davidson need to be looked at, and we have to use Samaras and Blanco more to see if we can really use them to good effect. If not, unload those four in the summer and buy players who are better suited. But maybe TP will get the best out of all our players. I sincerely hope so.
Troy Deeney with 29 goals this season is a sensible target. I could see Ideye loaned out, or even sold, to bring a proven English striker in to work alongside Berahino.
I'd be happy with Deeney because he's quality but with his age and record we could be talking north of 10m, also he's linked with clubs every window and if he's available, we'll have competition.

He's a blues fan from the Villa academy who spent 3 months in jail for kicking someone in the head which would concern some as well.

Also just seen Pulis say we want a striker and a winger, which is a relief for everyone.

I mean is that less dangerous than rape, more than, or not to be too bothered about. Obviously the Judge thought not in giving him 3 months, and FIFA allowing him to play, whereas Evans was given 5 years, and everyone is playing the I am holier than thou card, and not being allowed to play. Humbug.

I am not condoning either, just that the football and the county's laws need a bloody good looking at - rant over and apologies if I have hurt anyone's feelings.

Not condoning rape either but I am equally appalled at some of the stories coming out suggesting death threats were made to Oldham personnel and families.

Ideally Evans would be allowed to play abroad now but, can't because he's on licence.
