I agree, he should be working out somewhere to get his fitness levels up. I suppose though he probably has an agent looking at his options and this is where the opportunities are coming from and of course he currently has no income, so I would imagine he needs to start earning something soon.

They are fast tracking his case, which makes sense considering the high profile of it, but he should be just waiting for this to be dealt with legally first.
