Ok, here we go again!!! Obviously not expecting anything soon but one day one of these stories will prove to be correct. I just hope that MM is truly going above and beyond with his due diligence in choosing a new owner!!

It wouldn't affect our current season either way would it? If it even happened it wouldn't likely go through until the end of the season, but is again light t the end of the tunnel for possible investment next season.

It will collapse the day after the transfer window closes.

Laugh

Spot on  Angry keep the masses quiet by deflecting the interest away from the fact that there will be no investment in this window whatsoever  Doh afterall, why should MM invest HIS money when someone is, allegedly, taking over  Laugh another fu cking smokescreen  Doh to get him through to the emergency loan window  Cool

Forgot to add that he also has the added luxury of one less game (Birmingham) to stumble through before he can ride in on his white horse as the saviour again with a few cheap loanees Doh

Why do I persist with this shower of shite  Angry

Wednesday were looking to re-arrange the Birmingham match for 20th January but apparently Birmingham weren't happy with that. 27th January is a possibility but February is full with two midweek games and FA cup replay week. Same in March so unless they can agree on 27th January, it probably gets pushed back until April.

Well I will try stay reasonably positive about this alleged take-over. Like most on here I am sceptical about it. Is it talk to boost season ticket sales / to cover no players being signed in this window etc., etc. there could be loads of reasons for it.

The other side of it is that we have narrowly been bet by the reigning premier league champions at there ground, who's side cost millions, we are 6 points of the play-offs and we have a great fan base, so currently are profile is very high and looks promising. This is the right time for MM to 'leak' a potential takeover. The time is right to 'call out' a few potential investors / buyers. If not now then we will go back onto the rest of the medicore pack looking for investors and be lost in there again.

Of course the 'leak' is aimed at MM trying to get more money for himself too but we gave out about the club not leaking that we wanted rid of MA and we could of got more money for him. He obviously wants the best he can get. MM is just playing the game.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, you need a team....

Tough one to call isn't it? MM has pulled this crap before and before we'd all realized what had happened the market was closed.

Birmingham game rescheduled for Tues 27th Jan 7:45pm, as they are still in the FA Cup.

This sounds like an interesting signing.
