EFL stooges have cost us points all season with their corrupt decisions

We've already been punished for 12pts in referee decisions so add that to the - 12 next season and the EFL have clearly tried to fk us and will continue next season just you watch

These crooks aren't fit for purpose

They have become to powerful they like politicians think they can blatantly screw you and laugh in you're face after.

Most of the decisions last season and the seasons before where just that .

They've set out to get clownsiri from the start true but not getting you're accounts in order and out on time is also beyond belief !

Again two wrongs don't make a right ! Ffp is bullshit like most laws but clownsiri is an incompetent pile of dogshit and I think we now have to accept it and move on, trying to find legal ways to bring them in dispute of the game everytime they use the ref next season to blatantly cheat us out of points .
It's no good monk complaining !! Clownsiris needs to have a team of lawyers and cameramen at every game setting a trap for the bastards !

Moving on ... Ipswich want Rhodes obviously for a fiver !!! But I think it will be a fiver better off to us and free up space again so we can move on !!
It's time for clownsiri to admit his obvious fluffups and stop being so stubborn he's lost money get over it and think wisely about the whole setup .

We are appealing the decision, though the appeal might not happen until the Autumn.

The autumn 2020 or may be 2022 it's not clear yet ( sigh) .
If we are speaking the decision does this mean we start the season without the 12 point deduction ? Or are we now guilty until founded guilty changing the 12 pts to 21pts (sigh)

I think we start with the -12, but as the EFL never say anything, who knows!!!

I'd assume we start - 12 and should we win our appeal points will be added back.

Thing is, EFL stooges will 100% be screwing us all season for having the audacity to appeal when they wanted us relegated to begin with.
Would it be better to just eat shit and move on in the long run?

I assume that we have sought good legal advice ie De Marco to make the decision to appeal but with DC you never know.

I haven’t read the report details yet but the fact that they wanted to apply a different standard to Wayne Rooney’s Derby County would piss me off enough to want to appeal

Having now read both the tribunal documents I can’t see any strong basis for a dismissal or reduction. It seems that the EFL were slow in responding to the clubs requests on what if’s which might have led to screwing up the valuation and sale date but in the end we broke the limit that draws the 12 points. Of course the rules for breaking P&S only came in after the event and had they been known at the time we could have taken the hit without any relegation worries and not had the soft embargo on transfers either. Cluckfuster on both sides really.

Just looked at our odds for the Championship for the up coming season.

We are 66/1 to win it
We are 18/1 to get promotion
Couldn't find any odds for relegation

18/1 to get promotion are awful odds for a club starting on -12 and having about 11 players!!! We won't be favorites for relegation but I would hazard a guess we will be in the bookies bottom 5.

We have drawn Walsall away in the 1st Round of the Carabao Cup.
