Two cracking games to watch in the L2 playoff semis. First one went to extra time and the second one saw Nothampton overturn a 2-0 loss at their place to win 3-0 at Cheltenham!!

Proper football. Much more enjoyable than any Premier League rubbish I've seen this weekend.

Watched most of both, agree the lower league games behind closed doors are better because you tend to get sides who tend not to rely on pass pass pass football.
Have to say Cheltenham's defending for the third will go down in the annals of history as being amongst the worst I've ever seen.

Thoroughly deserved win Albion offered little and this result blows it wide open

Not sure it blows it wide open just yet but it does make it closer at the top. Albion look listless and almost complacent, no urgency and no potency in front of goal. They need to find some form very quickly or else they could be in trouble of dropping into the playoffs. Of course as they play us next at Hillsborough I am sure they will find their form just in time for that!!!

Northampton 3 up with 10 to go against 10 man Exeter, they are direct and the lads from Devon struggled to cope in the first half. City played better in the second but the sending off for an old fashioned hack from behind ended their then slim hopes
