Nicola Sturgeon finally begins the process of separation!
I think Capaldi gave "as good as he got" to "put the boot" into Gallagher and his silly remarks that were clearly designed to "get a reaction" - the words "childish" and "rolled out of bed the wrong way" come to mind!
Capaldi should've concluded with a clarion call that SCOTLAND IS BIG ENOUGH, RICH ENOUGH AND SMART ENOUGH to determine its own positive future and more n more Scots are "itching" to get away from this neo-Brexit Britain that the Tories and other extreme groups are shamelessly trying to foist upon the nation!! They can get to f###!!

Unsurprisingly , Scottish support for independence is "gathering pace" based on this Ashcroft survey report but IMO the percentages for Scotindy must be greater than this positive 46% figure!!? Hence I am a wee bit sceptical re this revelation unless "Jockholm Syndrome" is still infesting the minds of many resident Scot voters!! What more evidence do they need to be convinced???? I hope this infestation is a thing of the past as Scotland needs to remain patient but ultimately we need to move on to Scotindy with everyone on board that respects my country and the correct direction that we should be heading towards!!

A right hoo-ha developing over John McDonnell's comments on Labour not standing in the way of a Scottish Government deciding to hold a Scottish Independence referendum. I'd gladly welcome another referendum, BUT I take his comments with a bucketful of salt because A) he's a politician and therefore can't be trusted and B) Westminster Labour needs the SNP on board to defeat the Tories and he is not remotely interested in the Scottish Parliament.

And C) It was an off the cuff remark at an Edinburgh festival show. But what McDonnell said was basically correct and democratic.

But if there is to be another referendum I reckon the SNP will need a labour government or a labour led coalition to make it happen.

It was an "off the cuff" remark but it is indeed a political statement by McConnell, a democratic one, which has "stirred up" a hornet's nest from the non-democratically minded unionists like Richard Leonard and Ian Murray!! Boyyy what a picture of anguish on both their faces and great to see them knocked out of their "comfort zone"!! A report on bbc Radio Scotland added that McConnell had "pushed the SLP under a bus". I contacted the bbc and told them that the Scot Labour Party was already "under a bus" and had been for quite a long time up here in Scotland lol!! I also scolded their presenters for not challenging Leonard's usual attack (the Alex Salmond "once in a generation line" yawn yawn!!) on Scotland and his biased "representation"/view of the "mood" of the Scottish people and pointed out that is precisely why they are non-entities in the Scot political scene - totally out of touch and uttering pish with no substance to their arguments whatsoever!! I think McConnell realises that the Labour Party and The Tories (due to Johnson's activities!) are gonna be "wiped out" by the Scottish electorate and there is indeed a possibility that they could use SNP support esp when that poisoned Libdem woman/leader, Swinson, starts "mouthing off" that she would "never say never" re dealing with the Tories again!! Wowwwww and all remain voters BEWARE WHO YOU VOTE FOR!!! In Scotland, JUST UNIFY AND VOTE SNP FFS, NO IFS, NO BUTS, DO IT!!

Mcdonnell hates ian murray and probably quite enjoyed doing that.... But I think at heart he is a "shrewd operator" and like with brexit can see the writing on the wall. He probably knows independence is becoming more popular with Scottish labour voters (40 per cent) and is making a move to try and appeal to them.

And even aside from that 0762 what he said was essentially true and democratic. Its totally exposed the hypocricy of jo swinsons position and the brexiter "take back control" stance!!

Additionally I notice the bbc have "wheeled out" Dougie Alexander and the "anonymous" Ruth "the mooth" Davidson who disappeared from the limelight since Johnson and his RW cronies "stabbed her and her pal Mundell in the back". Again the bbc forced to discuss that awful topic called independence and allowing some of the usual anti-Scotland "drivel" being uttered unchallenged by these c#### and not a single SNP or pro-indy opponent similarly being "wheeled in" to challenge some of the biased OPINIONS from the usual unionist "suspects". It just proves to me again what we are up against up here in Scotland when I watch these unionist fanatics being "stirred up" like a hornets' nest and uttering some of the old unionist/BT myths that have been comprehensively dispelled since their shit of 2014!! I'm just wondering when Gordon Broon, that "Saviour of the Union", but actually a diabolical "Scottish quisling", will be wheeled out by the bbc to utter another "false vow" of some sort!!!?? He should vow to never "show his face" in any Scottish political debate against Scotindy ever again - no credibility whatsoever, a f###### con man who should GTF!!!

Briefly watching bbc Newsnight tonight and Ian Murray MP given a slot and being "teased" by Emma Barnett with comments like, "He's given up on the SLP because they are meaningless in Scotland and it is a numbers game for McDonnell"!!! Murray squirming in his seat and trying to present a valid case with comments like "The SLP stand re a Scot referendum is unchanged" - this is coming from an irrelevant political party in Scotland that has been continually "deteriorating" for about the last 12 years lol!!!! And Barnett rightly pointing out to Murray that the SLP had only got 4% of the Scot vote in the recent Euro elections plus McDonnell is from his own political party - more squirming in Murray's chair and vilifying McDonnell even more as well as emphasising that the Labour Party disnae need the SNP to prop them up to which Barnett replies that Corbyn concurs with McDonnell's stance re a Scottish mandate for Scotindy!! More squirming lol!!!

It makes more sense for labour to support independence. I'd bet you are probably like me and an ex labour voter, away from Westminster and the unionist demands in an independent scotland labour could be such an asset to the Scottish people and they would probably win elections here.

But no, just stay puppets of Westminster and the tories that's really going to work. Mcdonnell touched a nerve because he showed exactly the position labour should be taking.
