Its a joke the whole thing as everyone working at a loss in profits these days with the mental wages needed to pay players !

Birmingham have just been deduted the 9 points. Which drops them into 18th in the table,4 points above Millwal in 20th place. It's shite,a team that is wank and deserves to go into the pub league could be saved by this decision. We have got to watch our backs now.
Nothing changes,again.

We won’t get a points deduction this year as we haven’t yet broken the rules and have worked constantly with the EFL to get us out of embargo. If we are going to have any issues it might come next season, as that is when we will go over the 39m losses over 3 years.
Remember, Birmingham went over 49m losses in just two years!!!! We were not that bad. Villa won’t be in any trouble, they had parachute payments and as long as they now have their house in order they will be ok. Can’t see Derby being in trouble either, they have sold a few players for high amounts in recent years, that should have at least kept them away from the 13m per season allowance.

What I can't get my head round is the fact that rich owners appear to have influenced rules so that no other rich owners can come in and take their EPL status and the EFL is stuck in the 1800's where we play servant and master. FFS, if a billionaire wants to spend his money so what He'd be allowed to spend as much as he wants in our corner shop and still have enough for a takeaway. That's how it works in the real world
Absolute bollocks
and complicated

That's how it works in the real world While I get what you are saying, the EFL makes its own rules and in their case it was the clubs without billionaire owners that wanted these rules in place. They wanted to make sure their chance of reaching the greed league was improved by preventing the bigger EFL teams like us from spending so much money that they have no chance of getting out of the Championship. It hasn’t worked though, with one or two exceptions - Sunderland and Pompey, the biggest teams outside the PL are virtually all in the Championship now.

Brolly man Schteeeve sacked at QPR and Bolton players going on strike - obviously not striking frequently enough is part of their current predicament
