European Union Referendum - In or Out??
Ha ha ha! Well it appears that the PM could delay Brexit by up to 2 years!? I therefore think there has to be other options to debate.

Still think may will try and force her deal through right at the death.

She is absolutely nuts, a dangerously incompetent woman who should be nowhere near power.

The latest news is that many Tories have threatened to "walk out" if the delay to Brexit is too long - watch this space!

The worst that could happen now is the EU conjures up some way to help May's deal go through.

The next worst is we stumble into No Deal ....... because we've spent more than two years unpreparing ourselves for it despite knowing the EU didn't want us to leave and were hardly going to be helpful in the tangential negotiations.

After that comes somehow falling flat on our faces into a Labour / Nick Bolesish pretend- Brexit that ties us into some customs-union Norway + Canada position that we'd grasp like a drowning man clutching the least buoyant of straws.

Level pegging with that Labour-disaster would be the farce of another referendum ....... whatever dopey result it delivered.

Above all of them would simply be revoking Article 50 and calling a General Election to coincide with the idiot EU elections which do at least provide us with a weak little voice for the other 27 largely to disregard (probably wisely). And we'd also get to see what kind of crazy government we could create for ourselves for the long period to be known as The Great Forgetting as we forlornly attempted to assign the whole Brexit episode the status of a kind of anti-Dreamtime.

IMO that the EU is pants. It offers no real future. But the true extent of our genius is that not only have we managed to cock-up getting any worthwhile deal, but also we've somehow managed to make leaving without a deal almost impossible to envision with a series of half-baked, incomplete and fatuous preparations.

We've spent all this time apparently negotiating to leave and allowed staying in to become a better option. If these people weren't so stupid and incompetent I'd be coming up with a conspiracy theory ...... but Mrs May is more Davros and Davos.

Looks like macron is channelling his inner de gaulle and preparing to tell us to beat it anyway.

"France’s position is simple: the British prime minister must explain to us for how long and what for, and offer us guarantees."

I reckon they will veto our request for an extension and at the 11th hour Article 50 will be revoked and May will stand outside No 10 at the podium saying she tried but failed, she resigns, a leadership contest happens between Gove, Hunt, Rudd, Boris, Hammond. One of them becomes the new leader and PM and then they'll try and hold on till 2022 and at the next General Election we will end up with a hung Parliament.

Good to see someone recognising the fact that Article 50 can indeed be revoked due to the activities of certain Scottish MPs and MEPs through the Supreme Court.

Then the PM "addresses the nation" tonight!!!? After listening to much of the delusional stuff, all I can say is WTF!!!??? Then apparently death threats made to many MPs after that speech!! Lotsa leave fanatics "at it" again!!! It transpires that there can still be an emergency debate that can be called by the EU 24 hours before deadline day. The UK is definitely in crisis and this move could be more important than anybody realises and short of setting up a national emergency government.

So the EU are voting on extending Article 50 tomorrow but will only extend Article 50 if Parliament votes for May's Deal. Parliament won't vote for May's Deal so it will be leave with no deal or revoke Article 50 and no Brexit.
