Thread to talk about football and wednesday in general
If there isn’t any sort of good news announcement, either before or during the meeting then it will be a bloodbath!!! Personally I would love to see him selling a stake into the club to a football guy, someone who knows the game but isn’t wealthy enough to outright buy the club. I would hate to get into the situation the Blunts are in off the field with two equal owners arguing in public as to which direction to go, something that will end in court. If he was to bring someone in, let that person run the football side and DC and KM can run the business including dealing with the EFL over FFP issues.

Hopefully if he has decided to get shut of Jos, then it had better be a decent name he is bringing in, or someone younger who has proven their worth lower down the leagues like the Cowley brothers at Lincoln.

If true, take the deal.

Business as usual at Hillsborough Wakey. What else would we have to moan about if we were a successfull top of the league club.
It's being so miserable that cheers us up. Onwards and upwards.
Merry Christmas.

Modern ground capacity isn't available, so unless one of the really big PL clubs go bust and have to come back from the lower levels like Rangers did in Scotland, our record is safe. All a distant memory now, rather like us beating the blunts Sad
