Thing is, will he come back in August with the fitness and form of the last 4-5 months or with a string vest tan and a beer gut now he's got the next 2 years income covered.
Hopefully the former, with Jos setting expected weight and fitness goals at the start of pre-season but, this is Wednesday Doh

They need to get in some XXX Long shirts for him and Nielsen too !!

Good news signing him because even if he’s not in jos plans he’s made himself a sellable asset. Got to be worth a couple of mill now .

Good news that he has signed but as Washington says I expect him now to keep the level up he has shown in the last couple of months rather than going back to what he was before. For me we should now look to offload Fletcher if we can, don't need both of them.

They sussed him out quicker than we thought Laugh

From the Beeb.
"They had that initial spurt when Carlos Carvalhal came in, they had some very good results - especially at the Liberty - but they've not won in their last eight games and lost their last four," said 49-year-old former Wales striker Roberts.

"He hasn't looked like a man who can turn things around of late. I saw him at Bournemouth and he looked void of ideas, the same against Southampton in the second half.
