Obviously his manager has confidence in him which breeds confidence hence the change  Thumb up Believe me PEI, football is a difficult game when you're getting 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there and never sure if you'll be in the squad never mind starting. Trust me, it's horrible, knocks you for six and makes you scared to try anything in case it goes wrong.

Could it also have something to do with the people playing around him? Joao and Reach? No matter. He's a totally different player now.

Possibly, Joao has also come back as a new person and doesn't appear to get bullied anymore, but I still think it's a confidence thing and that we've realised that we can also play the ball to his feet and it helps if we have some runners with pace, like Joao and Reach, feeding off his knock downs when we do hoof it Cool

For a big guy he was always good with his feet, what I could never understand was his inability to jump and win headers but lately he has been doing much better with this. I suppose knowing Joao can run faster onto a flick on means he only has to glance the ball rather than get his full head on it.

If he keeps this form up he will get a contract, let’s hope he continues this form after that as well.

He’s also looking a bit leaner too so that should be helping. If we could merge the best attributes of him and Joao into 2 new strikers Nuao and Jahui we’d have the best 2 strikers in the league

Both of them are well over 6ft too which should really be causing opposition defenders problems.
