Leaving at the end of his contract suspect home fans will realise what a decent job he has done after he's left
Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?

Probably, I keep tabs on Ipswich forums always a worthwhile read
Think it`s pretty much the same as quite a few clubs out there that the board/Chairman dont appear to have the same expectations as the fans The positives of Mick: Built decent squad on very little and declining transfer budget, has actually now and again surpassed expectations, keeps them in the Championship The negatives of Mick; Often resort to hoofball, good young players become stale and never reach potential, loyalty to players clearly not achieving Ive seen people calling for even Eric Gates as Manager (experience?), Tim Sherwood`s name being cast about (ex Norwich, would be unpopular) For me they haven't so bad a squad this year, short of real wide men to supply Waghorn/Garner and think they`d be a few places higher

He is being mentioned as a possibly manager for us next season if Jos doesn't stick around. Personally don't want him, he is too old school, too defensive and his football is generally pretty dire!!

Mick`s gone early, I guess there is a worrying shudder over at the WBA board right now! |
