We haven't got anyone in because MM didn't want to stump up when we were doing well in august/september. Now we're struggling because teams have found us out and no new players want to come.
There's only so much SG can do. We all know he hasn't changed things properly or has been one dimensional but I put that down to having players out injured and MM not replacing them

I actually think we are up shit creek now
!!! Hopeless manager and a set of players who can't seem to get back to where they were earlier in the season and still how many games till January ???
Hopefully MM is keeping his money in his pocket until the new man arrives just before the January window. I doubt it thou !!
Westwood will be sold in January
and a third of the money might go on a player if we can find one to join us.
NOTE: I did not add the word 'quality' before player, it will be a case of getting anyone in

Westwood, in MHO, is a premiership quality keeper, he SHPOULD go, cos I would if I was in his shoes, Him , Loovens and Lees, if I was a bottom 3rd premiership manager looking to stabalize, cheap and quality, I suspect they will be sold !!

cheap? We'd want a few million (3/4) for Westwood, which isn't that cheap by goal keepers standards

Cheaper than Loris Hart etc , etc, and 3/4 million ..IS cheap, we would sell ..and I suspect lots of teams would pay that amount, small change from the back of the strikers sofa for that sort of quality

I want to know what happened to the rest of the Antonio fee?? We spent 800k on May, what happened to the other 700k?? The thing is we are really not that far off adecent side, we have a very good defence with the best goalkeeper in the league, if we can get McGugan and Lee working well together with Drenthe and Maghoma/Maguire, then we can create enough chances to win!! But this only happens if the strikers can stick the ball in the net. I still think May will come good, but Nuhiu isn't going to score and I am not convinced that Lavery will either, so for me lets get Madine back and give him a run of games through to January to prove himself to us, not another club!!
