I would say his advisers have seen the £££ signs, they turned down the last offer the club made, not George himself.

The club have done everything they can, the offer of a good contract is still on the table from what I have seen but his team won't sign it. At that point the club can do little else but try to get a decent price for him to sit in someone else's reserves!! As has been said, this is all about money and greed.

He can sign a contract with Wednesday go out on loan and earn x. He can sign with someone else go out on loan and earn xxx. No loyalty in football so give the kid a break. If he was wank we wouldn’t be wanting him or paying him diddly squat. He might get injured not develop so why not grab it while he can. It’s not like Wednesday are developing youngsters and playing them anyway. Good luck to him. Shame but no point dwelling or being held to ransom.

Hopefully now carlos the clown who incedently is doing the same thing at Swansea saying there too young etc

Agree imre. Carlos should have put his arm round him give him some game time as sub and in the cup. Nope he never played anyone apart from the same old wank.

Don't disagree with that but I think its unfair that the club is receiving criticism for not paying him the money his advisers are saying he wants, by all accounts the offer made is the best we have ever made to an academy player but as you say he can certainly get more from just about any Prem team but they are operating in a different world to us currently. |
