Carlos quickly back in football, took the Swansea job till the end of the season with an option to extend.

As has been said, his style of play is better suited to the EPL in all fairness so it will be interesting to see how he gets on.

I wonder if it's just coincidence that when we sacked some of the backroom staff and Carlos brought his mates in, results started hitting the fan and the players were always lethargic.

hes in a pickle here if you ask me because hes just jumped out off the frying pan into the fire ! there fans have no pateince left and they need wins sharpish ! if he loses or draws the first 2 games the pateince will be thrown straight through the window and lets face it theres an 80% chance with his style of negative football he will do this ! if it were a new season then things could be very different for him as he is a premier league boss ive no doubt but by doing this i think hes just thrown his carear as a coach away in England

Rumours are strong about Rhodes going to sunderland personaly ive changed my mind about Rhodes i think its Fletcher & bob who need showing the door and possibly Hooper because hes not fit ever and it disrupts our team bringing him in and out we need a perminent 3 pronged attack fessi joao pace and Rhodes sniffing !! winnall for the bench and thats enough i feel too many cooks spoil the broth and thats were weve been at this season and if Hooper is not fit at 28 years old then hes only going downhill from here hes worth at least 3 million now and with fletcher of the wage bill it could be spent better elsewhere like in defence and midfield

Thats about 13 players 5 of them could bring enough to buy some quality in defence and central midfield and we are ggoing to have to start bringing players from the accadamey through to make up numbers ! its cheeper and better all said and done ! whats the point in signing average rubbish like Boyd just to make up numbers ?
