i heard it different stateside i thought he said he would tweak things giving different positions to players and he also mantioned that we need cbs !! i did listen to it last night though at 12 oclock after humpteen thousand beers !!
and quite frankly i cant be listening to it again as the little man bores the shit out of me !! so ill take youre word for it ... we are feffing doomed !!!!

New season, appears to have learnt nothing from last season. You can vary your tactics & formation Carlos.
Last season for Carlos if he doesn't adapt.

Aye, he did say the dynamic of the formation may change, but not the formation itself.
Which could mean square pegs in round holes like last season. Or not even sign the requisite peg to start with.
