Cruella calls a General Election for June!! Tory chancers at work again!!!!
#1
A New Labour Party that is weakly managed and she is clearly looking for a big majority win from the ENGLISH POPULATION and there is a good chance she'll get it from this same population that 'suckered' the UK on Brexit - f###### shit heid Tory politics being played while she is trying to put down opposition parties (a democratic opposition btw!) like the SNP (listen to her speech)!! Remember this is the same PM who shamelessly professed that a snap election would not happen!! IMO this is an anti Brexit election in my book and I can only hope UK voters, who are now unanimously against it now, realise that fact!
Prediction: A full 59 MPs in Scotland and finally remove that wee Tory weasel, Mundell, and the remaining NLP MP!

Who'd have thought Harry Redknapp would be bright enough to call a General Election?

Clearly he thinks Brighton winning the Championship will maximise the Gay Tory vote in Scotland.

Personally I blame God. First MotherTeresa is pictured stalking into Easter Bunny Church with her swotty husband in tow in a schoolteacher jacket too short to cover his bum, next thing REVELATION, we need an election.

Apparently Harry's daughter-in-law offered him a stark choice between entering Strictly in the Judy Murray role or managing Birmingham. No wonder he came up with a General Election to make his position more stable. (That coat he wears that has that yellow bit at the bottom as an afterthought won't go down well at St Andrew's.)

Bad news for Dalmatians!

Will Cruella's hubbie have to be re-styled, or should he just be melted down?

We won't get anyone but the Tories because the SNP successfully split the Labour vote.

Well this is surprising!!  I actually think its the right decision and I think after such a close Brexit result and Cameron stepping down, this election should have been called before now and before Article 50 was triggered.  The Tories lead in the polls but its not a decisive lead and as things kick into gear I would expect the current poll data to be out of whack anyway.

Of course if Scotland wants rid of the Tories, then the easiest way for them to affect that change is to simply vote Labour.  Giving Labour the 59 seats in Scotland would possibly see the Tories not manage to get the 326 they need for a majority but would also likely see a hung parliament with the Lab/Lib Dems coming together to form a government!!!! You obviously don't live here to really appreciate the 'mood' in Scotland and the voting public is not gonna vote Tory en masse and the Scottish Labour Party has 'demonised itself' with it's crass political behaviour in the past 3-4 years and has an absolute numpty of a political leader called Kezia Dugdale who should've resigned with Jim Murphy quite a while ago. The English voting problem is England's problem (vote libdem, green, NLP en masse but not divisive right-wing Toryism FFS!!!!!). In Scotland the best move is to endorse the most trustworthy non unionist political party in Scotland and send out a strong message to this f###### Tory govt, one that has f####d up the UK big time and that's a fact!! May the unanimous remain opinion and vote bring these bastards down and that includes a cynical and arrogant political opportunist called Theresa May BUT it's a 'tall order' esp with this 'first past the post' electoral system that should've been reformed years ago and would negate any majority by a shit Unionist political party - nuts!

The only strong message that this Tory government will ever listen to is losing the election outright. That is the gamble May is taking by calling this election. Aside from Labours lack of leadership across the country, which will stop them being elected most likely, her safety buffer is the 59 seats in Scotland!! She will take Scotland voting for the SNP on masse over them voting for Labour every single day, because a vote for the SNP in Scotland will simply prevent Labour from being able to win the election and most likely see the Tories back in power.

The English public could still deal that fatal blow on May and her RW cohorts who are clearly 'pulling the strings'on behalf of the Conservative Party. I wish every English voter would seriously consider where they wanna end up with a unanimous anti Brexit stance self-evident now and a shit Tory govt that is bizarrely 'running the show' at Westminster mainly due to the crazy destabilising circumstances re the main political opposition and I'm not gonna debate that issue any more as it has already been exhausted on this board! Re Scotland's position, I can only add that our politics have gradually evolved through the decades of political change and opinion north of the border. That will strengthen even further through time and I don't see the Scottish NLP being part of that political renaisance any time soon and that solidity will be cemented for a long time. The block Scottish vote will be as expected and I personally hope we wipe out the remaining unionist party MPs and be done with it under an SNP leader who is damn good at her job compared with other lightweights who infect UK politics! Also I hope the NI electorate force through a similar predicament that totally 'blows away' this notion from the UK PM, May, that we can become a united country - absolute pish and she knows the damage has veen done by the shenanigans of her own party!!! Thumb down

Looking at that 'rag', the Daily Mail's FP header for tomorrow and it reads, 'Crush the Saboteurs'???? As right-wing as it gets to crush those horrible 'remoaners' and there are now a majority millions n millions of antagonists out there in the country compared with that ridiculous split vote in July 2016! Again it's curious to read this predominant media shit from 'down south' that is synonymous with the worst forms of spin and propaganda that were evident in 1930s Germany - shocking and totally unacceptable in a truly democratic society at a time when I notice that Liverpool has another unified ban on the Sun Newspaper for more needless 'shit' that this rag decided to recently 'conjure up'!!

Also more comments emanating from lotsa northern Englanders on social media and other media lines that they would love to reposition the Scottish border further south! A touch of deja vu from the events of the last general election and I sympathise with these English voters who really hate Tories and their shit Tory policies but they have no strong affiliation to any of the weak mainstream political parties - voters who are effectively in political limbo! I'm sure voting Libdem would be very difficult for many of these voters. Green Party support would be a possibility but that vote would not be a 'game changer' in order to avert this cynical political move by the 'wicked witch of the south' to get her mandate from the people of England!!! Thumb down All I can say is WAKEN UP GOOD PEOPLE OF ENGLAND AND REALISE WHAT IS REALLY BEING PULLED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF 7 WEEKS! Also no tv debates allowed by the UK PM - VERY CUTE INDEED AND WAKEN UP FFS!!! And also watch out for the welfare of your NHS if you allow these c#### to maximise their political power in England/UK - DON'T BE F###### STUPID!!!!!

Just to make it clear. I'm voting Labour in the General Election, because I'm a Socialist, but unfortunately I live in a safe Tory seat so I may as well stay home .............

I'm probably going to vote Green in the County Council election to try and oust our current Lib Dem councillor who changes political party every few weeks but doesn't seek re-election. Bizarrely Greens are the big party here in town but once surrounding areas are brought in to create a parliamentary seat we become safe Tory. Overall Devon County Council is solidly Tory and spends its time moaning about lack of government funding ......

If I was in Scotland I'd be wondering why, other than dogged self-interest, Labour isn't pro-independence? I thought we were supposed to be anti-colonialist and pro-self-determination? After all if Anguilla were undergoing a Socialist revolution and wanted to become independent we'd be all for it.

(I'd like the Scots to be able to do what they want. I just wish they wanted something more sensible than the EU, but hey ho.)
