Morgan Schneiderlin set to join Everton after fee agreed with United. Told WBA pushed really hard for him & offered record 80k a week wages

Yeh, time to move on......you've got to ask whether he's REALLY worth that amount - can we get a similar player for less? I'm sure we can.

BBC news:
"Everton, Crystal Palace and Stoke are all reportedly considering bids for West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

The Daily Mail says the striker is "increasingly confident" of securing a deal away from the club, who, the Mail say, would prefer a sale in January rather than a summer tribunal.

The want-away striker has played just four times for Tony Pulis' side in the Premier League this season and the club could accept bids of £10m."

Craig Garner to Birmingham City on Loan with a view to permanent deal in summer - Could be confirmed Today!

Good luck to him. It is time to improve the squad and that means he drops down the pecking order. Despite some who never rated him, I did, he always put 100% in and was committed to the club - that sort of players needs respect regardless of skills or indeed club he plays for.

Also if Stoke have really bid 12m for Biryani - I'd have thought we'd have said yes and driven him there by now - it must be a no brainer?

.....if that IS true then at least we may get a reasonable fee for him, rather than peanuts in the summer! Thumb up

All the best to him - scored some great goals but I think his days in the top flight are past him now. Will be a fantastic signing for Blues, hopefully pops up with another winner against the Villa!

Seems like with the Schneiderlin deal to Everton going through, and then Gardners deal now moving forward it's only a matter of time until we make a signing of our own now.

True, HRK - doubtful we'd've let Gardner go without a replacement done & dusted

(......is it?? Sick Doh)

Gabiadinni seems nearer -actually pretty close - according to this:

PS
Wouldn't it be great to see us turn the tables and sign one of the high profile players that Everton, Wet Sham, Swansea or Villa are so-say interested in?!

I'd take Gabbiadini as a replacement for Sado Biryani as Stairs likes to call him  Big Grin

Plays on the wing as well as a striker so I'd imagine if we do sign him he'll play off Rondon as a winger as well as up top when Rondon is rested.

Berahino never suited the out wide role but couldn't play up top on his own. Always looked better in a front two imo. If Stoke sign him and keep him off the pies they've one hell of a player at a cheap price to be fair.

Also it's been quiet on the Fabian Delph front for a while now so I've got a feeling we might end up taking him on a loan to permanent deal, I'd assume he would be the 2nd target after Schneiderlin has passed us by.
