Still in the bloody States. American Airlines fcuked up my connection leaving me no time to even make it to Finnair.

The very kind mouth breathers have put me a day behind, and now with the worst itinerary humanly possible. Instead of one connection, I now have three. A 10 hour layover in Charlotte and a 4 hour layover in London before heading to Manchester.

The 12 hour journey I booked just became 25hrs. Computer says no, go and call someone else.. 60 minutes on hold, Oops sanjay hung up on me call again please.

If it weren't for it's own axis this world would stop turning if left up to Humans.

Shit!! You hear stories like this but even with all the flights I take each year, I have never had that much of a shitstorm!!! I am lucky that I have lived in Chicago, San Francisco and now LA, so I nearly always have direct flights, which takes the human element of working out connections away from the plebs that the airlines tend to employ!!! On the bright side, at least you left early enough this week to not be stranded over Xmas!!

No, it really is an effing nightmare this one, I could've squeezed so many necks at this point, throwing their arms up in the air at me and blowing their lips. The American Airline agent shut down completely, computer said no. She told me I had to call the other Carrier, so both the other Carrier and myself were on the line as we called the same Twat that told me she can't help back! It's like England before I've even arrived

I'm living it up in an 'Econo lodge' Fun times but at least they let me check in before usual time as I'll also be leaving by 6pm.. Nothing in this room except a coffee pot and one of those convex TV's from 1970. The positive is that I'm razzing about on the internet for a bit

SS, you might have dodged a bullet anyway!! I have been on the ORD-MAN flight many times and it has to be the smallest long haul plane ever built!!!! Its like flying on a standard 737!! Its actually a 757 so can carry the required fuel but its a one aisle plane and feels so cramped!!

Personally I think the squad we have is better suited to playing higher caliber opposition than less skilled blood and guts ones. They will be expecting to walk it, Westwood will have another blinder and we can hopefully get them on the counter even if we finish up with only 35-40% possession
