That's it then, looks like the money for January transfers is going to be spent on updating our outdated stadium. Well, just one part of it. We still haven't painted the bloody thing!!!!

Ground improvements do not count towards FFP so it should affect any money for transfers. But it is about time some money was spent on parts of the ground.

parts ? its a shit heap everywhere apart from the south stand ? i cant believe that feffing brick wall is still there for the kop and northstand turnstiles ? seriously its a shit heap outside not been in it for 20 years so i wouldnt know much about inside but i bet the north stand still leaks a waterfall when it rains

sell abdi and make a new away stand would be a better idea Thumb up shut the xxxx down wouldnt make a differance either as no fcuker north of birmingham can afford a ticket Whistle the other would be cheap labor we could get bus nuhui melo and the other 10 players who i cant be arsed to say in pinstripes pyjamas painting the xxxx Thumb up

Apparently some of the kop turnstiles are pre WWI and are rare so if we were updating I'd like them to stay. We could expand the roof to meet the top of them and use all the space in behind them properly.

I know a lot who go in the North but I'd say that's a shit tip as well and needs a major overhaul. It's too narrow in the upper tier concourse for the amount of people it can seat.

Maybe add a supporters pub in there somewhere. Try and get fans into the ground rather than Hillsborough corner. Then again we could get rid of one of the suites and put the shop into it. Doesn't need to be that big anyway cos we have hardly any stick. Then we could use the shop as a pub space and have our history encorporated into it, like a museum/gallery or something

Remember this, don't know if the plans are still in the works.
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

I thought I saw that the planning permission was renewed so that could still be done. But it won't get done until we go up, not worth it for the Championship.

I've seen some crap grounds in my time, however its always the supporters and the team how they play + the hot pasties that interests me, not the ground. Just saying. Wink
