In October/November, I was seriously not looking forward to home matches any more. Now, whilst home performances haven't improved, our performances away give us genuine hope that we can translate this into home form.
We have tough games in February against Ipswich, Derby & Middlesbrough so we have to pick up points this month & build up our confidence.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

I remember you saying you were even comtemplating not making the trip for games!! Thing is performances don't matter that much, we have been winning games and that is what gets fans excited and as we move up the league everyone feel better about things!! This forum was full of despondency in December, just look at our Xmas predictions but at the moment we have all but erased the thread of relegation, which seemed likely at thaat point!!
I has been an up and down season from the first match, good start (remember we played forest at S6 in a top of the table clash!!), followed by an awful run of results, only to see us start to win again!! The key has been the solid defence, aside from Fulham, we haven't been hammered so have been in most games.

I will reply in the season halfway thread.
