Brendan Rodgers backing Broon's decision to finally retire from international footie and there's no doubt in my mind that injuries have played a big part in his decision. I don't think he'll be easily replaced by Gordon Strachan and his leadership and battling attributes will be missed. Darren Fletcher being mooted as the natural choice to wear the captain's armband but I'm not sure that's the way forward in an upcoming tough World Cup group which England is a massive favourite to be 'top of the pile'.
