The thing is, if we did part with duff unfortunately wed probably be looking at Paul warne, leam Richardson, Michael Appleton, Ian evatt and Wayne Rooney. Some of those do have promotions on their CV but poor football like duff.
I think if I was making a list. It would be Wagner, rob Edwards, Dave challinor, Richie wellens, Michael skubala and maybe Ryan lowe. With a maybe pile of des buckingham, John herdman and Nigel pearson
Another day, another door, another high, another low

I think serious questions need to be asked all round
From the boardroom to the players Edwards, Cartwright, Duff and the players. They are all to blame for the dross we are seeing. It’s not good football, it hasn’t really been all season even when on the 16game unbeaten run. It’s difficult to see the plan, I’m not sure the players can see it either. Injuries take their toll but even then the team we put out on Saturday and again last night should be capable of so much more but for some reason they just don’t. They could sack them all for me, Duff’s boreball, Cartwright for signing a load of crocks and Edwards for being his mate. Someone needs kicking up the arse but don’t ask the players to do it, they’d miss

The players made their point with that first run of defeats but nobody in the boardroom was willing to admit they were wrong, or pay yet another set of coaches off so early into their contract. Injured players have been known to miraculously recover when a change is made in he coaching department but I'm having a heard time believing we've a bunch of shirkers willing to go under the knife.
Elsewhere, as I was last night, Smith Rowe wasn't in the Fulham squad after getting a knock on Saturday, so I didn't get to see his silky skills. Two killer passes that actually worked resulted in a 1st minute goal in each half for Fuham, otherwise two sides that couldn't string 4 passes together unless they went sideways or backwards. Sound familiar? Likely played at twice the speed of our game but despite probably earning 10x the wages (and change) there wasn't 10x the entertainment on show. That said, either of them would have done severe damage to ponderous League One sides.
A guide to cask ale.
