Here are the rules laid out in plain and a few new extra rules to make certain people wake up and consider reading other peoples posts 
1. Correct score and scorer home and away, scores must be written with home teams score first like it would anywhere else. Correct Score and Scorer wins

2. Correct attendance, nearest wins. Only home games apply except when all ticket or to be decided by Owlskev as the threads host. In the event of a tie both posters shall be awarded .
3. Correct predictions spread over the 5 divisions when possible, 5 right shall be awarded, 4 right shall be awarded , 3 right will only be awarded but only if there is nobody with 5 or 4 correct predictions and nobody else with 3 correct.
4. Correct Wednesdays first goal time, nearest wins. If a goal is scored in time added on at the end of either half, then the closest to 45 mins or 90 mins wins. If posters are tied the earliest time wins the point.
5. 1 hour 5 minutes before kick off predictions need to be in before the team sheet is up or 1 week in the muppet league and all predictions will be cancelled predictions.
6. Any copied predictions for correct score and scorer, attendance, or first goal time must corrected before the 1 hour 5 mins before kick off deadline. Any poster who does not do this shall be punished by the predictions being void, also being placed in the Muppet league the following thread and not being able to take part in the predictions.
7. A second offence of copying will result in a Yellow Card and a further weeks ban from predicting and a third offence will result in a red card and a 3 match ban abd stay in the Muppet League!! These cards will be noted against the offenders name and carried forward during the season. All cards will be reset in the New Year and everyone will start with a clean slate for the second half of the season.
8. The league shall consist of only the posters who start the season after that the names will be printed with or without so we know whos in the league. Newcomers will start in the BMPL .
9. Special Xmas threads and the seasons predictions will count in the same way so if you don't predict in the seasons predictions or Xmas thread then 12pts shall be deducted as a penalty .
10. 2 posters shall be relegated at the end of the season to only play against each other for promotion back to the BML the following season with 1 coming up to the BML and 1 poster being relegated from the BML to the BMPL. If 2 or more posters are tied on points the outcome shall be decided on who scored the most points in the prediction league thread. The top division is the BML and the second division league shall be called the BMPL, the extra P for Pub league.
11. Only the Facup and league cup shall count as predictions from the 3rd round .
12. No outsiders are welcome in the league only the usual posters and new Wednesday posters, if new posters start the league and fail to carry on missing more than 1 week they shall be disqualified.
13. The usual posters are allowed 1 week or more off should there be an explanation for why, if there is no explanation then 5 pts shall be deducted.
14. Current champions shall be noted down on the thread starting from next season 2022/23 as nobody knows who won what the last 10 seasons we've been here, so its a clean slate.
