So, the fourth best team in a group of four finished very clearly and very obviously fourth. is this even newsworthy?

Last season's near success was news, because it was as unlikely as Real Madrid losing at home to a team from Moldova.

Can't really understand why Rangers don't play Alex Lowry in midfield and at least give their fans hope for the future.

For me , as I stated, it's more about seeing the media and pundits greetin about the losses and how it's "unfair" after the games!!! Before the games they go on about what a great chance the uglies have etc etc and how they are tearing up the SPL. Laugh They don't see what the rest of us can!

Nobody on here expected them to finish anywhere else but it is still joyous when they get back the sort of punishment they dish out most weeks in the pub league they play in.

Alex Lowry is a good player and certainly one for the future but it would have been a big step to play him for 90 last night v Ajax . The experience being around the matchday squad will have been good for him plus his little cameo at the end.
