The 23 year old winger has penned a one year deal with the Black and Golds ahead of the new season.
Chris started his career at Kilmarnock where made his first team debut at 17 years old, going on to make 65 appearances for the Premier League side in his 4 years at Rugby Park. After being released in summer 2016 Johnston joined Championship side Raith Rovers, making 27 appearances before signing with Dumbarton a year later. He spent the end of last season on loan at Peterhead and was released by Dumbarton at the end of the loan deal.
