Burton Albion have made midfielder Scott Fraser their first signing of the summer.
The 23-year-old joins the Brewers on a free transfer after deciding not to sign a new contract at Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership.
He has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at the Pirelli Stadium
