The captain doesn't need the money but certainly fully deserved after the long, sterling service he has given to the club after arriving from Hibs in 2008. So it will be Celtic v a Celtic All Stars line up with Hendrik Larsson spearheading their attack - should attract a big crowd!

Brown was one of the crown jewels that Rod sold off and I bet he`s regretted it many times since. Had we kept him it might have saved us the 3 year journey to the Championship but that`s all history and nobody can deny that he`s been one hell of a player for Celtic.
