They bring in an experienced Manager
Been fully backed financially by the board
Brought in good players
Great young players coming through the system
Got some excellent loan players
Struggling to make the play offs
Wolves came from nowhere, Cardiff I tipped for second since before the season but Villa were my tip for the title
How they can be that off the pace is unbelievable

Villa have been inconsistent all season, good run for a few games and then a few bad results over and over again. Their wage bill is the highest in the division and I am sure they will make the playoffs but they had to be expecting to be in the top 2.
