7 Young players loaned out - struth - 02-09-2014

Rangers loaned out seven fringe players until the turn of the year, most of them with first-team experience.
Robbie Crawford joined Morton on a four-month loan, while Calum Gallagher moved to Cowdenbeath until January.
Other deals included defender Luca Gasparotto going to Airdrie and striker Danny Stoney to Stranraer.
Tom Walsh makes the switch to Stenhousemuir, while Craig Halkett Barrie McKay go to Clyde and Raith Rovers respectively.

It is a bit of a shame as these guys should really be playing a part in this years matches. Many have the expierience to do this but as is the trend at Ibrox, Ally has little time for young layers, preferring older players. This does nothing to help the club either financially r in its attempts to be self sufficient in players.
If they cannot get a game in the Championship, what chance in the Prem, if and when they get there. Huh

Best they get out and playing, struth. At their age they need regular games more than anything. Thumb up

sure they will, but also sure 3 of them could be contributing to the current campaign Trus.

I agree, but it's unlikely isn't it? They'll get regular football on loan. That can't be promised them at Ibrox.

Six months of development and they could come knocking on the door in January completely different prospects altogether. Just look at the difference (in physique alone) in Aird and MacLeod this season from last.

I'm full of hope but not optimism for the future of these guys at Rangers. Things might be different if they hang on for another season though. I'm beginning to think Ally is going to quit if and when he gets us promoted as lately he's been talking about seeing it to the end of 'the journey'. 4 years of having shite thrown at him constantly ought to be enough for anyone, and if we win the Championship this year he can go with his head held high having achieved our main goal post-administration.
